Delivery & Cancellation Policy

Delivery charges will be calculated to & fro from our Kitchen in Yadavagiri to the place of delivery and the flat rate would be as mentioned below, excluding GST

Up to 2 km: Free

2 km – 4 km: Rs.25/-

4 km – 7 km: Rs.45/-

7 km – 1 1km: Rs.65/-

On receipt of the order online, we start to prepare the dish, once it is completed, we dispatch the same through our delivery executive.

Delivery time totally depends on the distance between our kitchen & the customer location, sometimes it also depends on the traffic congestion. We cannot be held responsible for the untimely delay in delivering the order. We will take utmost care and prioritize the order delivery.

On arrival of the delivery executive at your doorstep, please verify and confirm the receipt of all the items as per your order. If any items are found missing, then depending on the situation & your interest, we will either refund it or deliver it free of cost.

 

We specifically request the subscription customers not to give any order-related requests to our delivery executives in terms of cancellations, carry forward etc. These requests will not be considered nor entertained. Cancellation will not be entertained if the delivery executive has already left for delivery. In case the delivery executive hasn’t left out for delivery then we will either refund if paid online or will cancel the order.

Cancellation or Carry Forward

Cancellation is not entertained if the delivery has already left for delivery. The request will be entertained only if the intimation is done 24 hours prior to the delivery schedule. (E.g., If a person wants to cancel or reschedule his or her lunch for the 15th of a particular month then the email should be sent before 12 noon on the 14th of that month).

In the case of dinner, the intimation should be done at the latest by 12 Noon on the same day.

All intimations post the cut-off timings mentioned will not be considered and the meal tray subscription would be added to the customer’s account. However, deliverfood2me.in on its part would donate the meal tray to the needy.

Customers have the option to temporarily suspend their delivery, and any pending delivery can be carried forward to the dates mentioned by you.

However, cut-off timings for the intimation need to be maintained as mentioned in our Cancellation & Carry Forward guidelines.
